Our aim at Kiwi Stretch Ladder, is for you to be completely happy with, and enjoy your purchase, but if you’re not, we’d like to know.

We stand by the quality of our products and will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy the issue if the product is faulty.

However, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind on any items bought if you change your mind or choose the incorrect option so please choose carefully, follow any instructions for ordering and contact us if you have a question.

We also reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. We’re not able to provide a refund if we determine there has been:

1. Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance.

2. Improper assembly

3. External sources such as weather are a factor.

4. Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.

5. Normal wear and tear, including normal wearing of pads and pad covers.

At some point you might want to sell the products you buy from us, and of course that is fine, but we don’t allow our products to be bought for the purpose of being resold, unless agreed to in writing by Giftwood Ltd.

If we suspect your intention is to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as a part of a commercial business, we reserve the right to reject your order or refuse to sell to you.

order completion

Each Kiwi Stretch Ladder (and some other products) are custom made and as such, we don’t hold finished products in stock. We aim to start your order immediately, but we are a small business and volumes of orders can affect the time to get your order ready for shipping.

Whilst we don’t expect delays, sometimes it is just out of our control.

However, we do understand that special occasions like Birthdays or Christmas require delivery on time so if you have a specific data you must have your order by please contact us and we will let you know if we can commit to your time.

We also would appreciate it if you can fill out details when you make the order.

order shipping

We work really hard to deliver your order in a timely manner, but we we can't always control the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order. Our estimated delivery times reflect the times provided by our courier partner.

Orders sent within New Zealand require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a note with instructions for pick up or re-delivery.

Where we can, we will provide you with a tracking number to help you track your parcel and also keep you up to date on when it is shipped and when we have had delivery confirmation.

8. Do not use if there are loose screws and check that all screws are tight and secure before any use.

4. Check that all screws are tight and secure before any use – using whilst not secure may damage your product.
